Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Pink Line Elements is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at pinklineelements@gmail.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pink Line Elements is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Pink Line Elements is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
