At Pink Line Elements, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at pinklineelements@gmail.com. Returns must be approved by Pink Line Elements before being shipped. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Promotional items
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
All final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
